National Partnership Agreement on Remote Indigenous Housing

MAHER (Leader of the Opposition) (14:32): Supplementary: would it surprise the minister to learn that the nature of that agreement, which she seems not to know about, is a one-off payment of $37.5 million when the last payment was $289 million and, if she is aware that that is the case, who is going to make up that shortfall of nearly $250 million?
