Proactive Disclosure Monitoring

Proactive disclosure is governed by Premier and Cabinet Circular 035 Proactive Disclosure of Regularly Requested Information which was developed by State Records and approved by cabinet.

Once a circular has been approved by cabinet, it must be followed by ministerial offices (where relevant) and all government departments.
